into Directory Administrator using "Directory Manager" & the DCD password.
Once in DCD Administrator go into brows to cisco.com>Groups. You will see a
group called "CiscoAdminRepToolAdminGroupUsers". Delete this group. Now go back
to CAR and log in with "Admin" & "Admin" & reassign yourself as
administrator, you will also have to re-assign anyone else that will need
access. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE IN DIRECTORY
ADMINISTRATOR!!!</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

ended up removing and re-adding my user account in the global directory.
Unknowingly my account was the only account that was setup as an admin in CDR
Analysis and Reporting now I am unable to get reports from this utility.
Is there a way to create another admin account or perhaps add one directly
through SQL enterprise manager for CDR Analysis and Reporting? </P>
