<P>my customer has CCM4.1(3) with Unity 4.2 Unified Messaging with Lotus R6.
Integration works properly except one thing: the MWI doesn't synchronize
automatically between CCM and Unity.</P>
<P>Only when I do a 'Refresh' in the Subscriber configuration profile for the
MWI, the MWI is light on or off in the subscriber's phone.</P>
<P>Any idea what could be going on?</P>
