Domino server is sending the notification to Unity about the new message.
On the Unity server, locate the tool called MonitorTest.exe and run it.
This will display any notifications from Domino to Unity that affect MWI
status. If you don't see anything appear, the DUCS component may not be
correctly installed on the Domino server. Also there is some instruction
about making sure the DUCS component is the first plugin listed in

the Unity subscriber message page say the Indicator is ON when the light on the

Hi,

my customer has CCM4.1(3) with Unity 4.2 Unified Messaging with Lotus R6.
Integration works properly except one thing: the MWI doesn't synchronize
automatically between CCM and Unity.

Only when I do a 'Refresh' in the Subscriber configuration profile for the
MWI, the MWI is light on or off in the subscriber's phone.

Any idea what could be going on?

Thanks in advance,
