I can only think of 1 way to that and it is unfortunately very ugly -<br>
send incoming calls for the 2nd line to an IVR. in the IVR check the
status of the 1st line.<br>

you could configure line1 to callforwardbusy to voicemail and set busy
trigger=1 on the line.
