CiscoTSP and it works fine. I just wonder how easy it will be to deploy to
everyone via an MSI package or simliar since there is some unique setup to be

product someone came out with that let you highlight any number in a webpage,
Word doc, etc., and right click and have it dial the number? I seem to

WinXP SP2 desktops. What's the easiest way for the users to use
dialing from Outlook? All phones are 7970s. I know Cisco has a
built-in way to do it, but if I remember correctly, it wasn't the cleanest
way. Are there third party tools that can do this
