Can you try the command from CSCse92359?<br>
<b>Symptom:</b><br>
FXS ports on IAD 2400 and Vg224 delivers lower than advertised idle
voltage, <br>
close to -37volts. This is<br>
observed with "idle voltage high" command already configured under the
voice <br>
port.<br>
<br>
<b>Conditions:</b><br>
Observed on an IAD2431 with Eight FXS Analog Voice Module V2.1 and with
VG224 <br>
which has onboard FXS version 2.1.<br>
<br>
<b>Workaround:</b><br>
Use an FXS port with an earlier ventic chip revision (something like
1.3) and <br>
configure<br>
"alt-battery-feed feed2" under the fxs voice ports.<br>

found a way to get around the idle voltage problem using a VG224
gateway and
some alarm systems? When we plug our VG224 into the building alarm
system, the
alarm gives us a COM Failure. The alarm technicians say it is too low
an idle
