that your Max Jitter is just that, the maximum Jitter for the entire call.
Your average jitter looks pretty normal for a WAN link. What
type of link is this again? Is this a Internet or WAN related link?
If you are using Cisco routers you could enable some IP SLA responders to dig
deeper into the problem. It will tell you if you are dropping packets,
receiving out of order packets, and a load of other informative data by sending
test packets across the link.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
