This happens because your virtual directory anonymous access user
settings are incorrect in inetmgr(start->run->inetmgr or start,
program files, administrative tools, internet services manager.
Adminutil is *supposed* to fix this in all versions after 4.1(3).
Worst case scenario you can set that specific virtual director, CCMCIP,
to run under local administrator account if adminutil does not work for
you.<br>
