Hi<br><br>I have a customer who recently implemented a CCM cluster. They have an employee who is hard of hearing and they had some sort of special headset or handset connected to the previous phoneset that apparently does not work on the new Cisco IP phone. I've asked for the make/model so I can see what kind of device it is but in the mean time I thought I'd ask if anyone could recommend such a device that works with Cisco Phones.
