I'm assuming you have Unity for this, but here's something to try also. Lots of ways to do what you want I think.<br><br>Assign an extension that IPCC can call to a hunt pilot. Point the pilot to your Unity hunt group, then make a call routing rule in Unity to drop any direct calls to that number into the greeting for the mailbox you want to hit. This is what we do, if we need to send to a mailbox from IPCC. I like it better than having a phone or a CTI forwarded to voicemail.
<br><br>Or barring that, just make the number you are CFA'ing into unity an alternate extension of the mailbox you originally wanted the calls to go to. I think that would work also.<br><br><div><span class="gmail_quote">

So i took a look at the AA script and sure enough it was basically what I had done. Seems the problem was I tried using "*5199" rather then just "5199" thinking that since if I dial *5199 from my phone that gets me straight to voicemail for that extension. So, I removed the * and it did ring the extension. So it looks like you can't use * in the value of the variable. Which means I have to make a new voicemail box that is setup with the CFA as you said.
<br><br>Makes things a little messier for me, but at least I know its doable now and that I was not far off in my attempt.<div><span class="e" id="q_10ec98f9c7223537_1"><br><br><br><br><div><span class="gmail_quote">On 11/8/06,

The default AA script should be enough to base yours off of.
<br><br>When you do the redirect just send it to a number that is CFA into vm<br>and that should get it to work. If you are having issues give the<br>reactive debugging a try. It's very useful for stepping through a<br>
