and I have configure a native CCM hunt pilot using hunt groups and line groups.
One of the users in the line group is using the Attendant Console software in
order to monitor line status of different users using the AC client. The line
group is configure for broadcast hunting so it rings all DN within the line
group at the same time. The user is reporting that every time a user within the
group answers the call to the hunt pilot the attendant console client is
reporting a pop up window saying "Failed to make a new call". The AC
Client version is 1.4(1 ES11). Is that the expected behavior? Can we get rid of
the pop up window error? <BR><BR>Thanks in
