help me out with a dead 7920 phone. This one does not boot

screen "Empowering,....etc." After pressing # it asks for the
USB</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=984023814-14112006><FONT face=Arial size=2>connection. So i
hook it up via the USB cable to the 7920 configuration Utility, V
3.0.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=984023814-14112006><FONT face=Arial size=2>After logging in, it
says that the firmware needs to be loaded first. When
selecting</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=984023814-14112006><FONT face=Arial size=2>the *.bin file, it
says that the phone needs to boot up first.<SPAN class=624050516-14112006><FONT
color=#0000ff> </FONT></SPAN> After selecting "OK", I</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

error:</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
