<P><FONT size=2>I would like to know if there is a way, by looking at the hotfix
name on the add/remove software folder on the Call Manager, to match or ientify
the same hotfix as is listed on the CCO CCM download page. The file names
listed on CCO CM downlaod page are listed with a different file name. Once
the hotfix has been applied to the CCM server it then becomaes file KB883939
instead of
