Does anyone know of a way to transfer a call out of unity using caller input. We are currently using caller input to redirect to a unity dummy account that corresponds with a dummy number in CM that is set to forward to external #'s like cell phones.
<br>The problem is that we are using 2 unity licenses for each customer as we have to create a standard user account and a dummy account to use caller input transfer in unity. <br>Looking for a way to conserve licenses.<br>
