Running IPCC Express Premium 4.0(3) and wondering if there is a simple way to show queue information and stats? Real time info that is.<br><br>Currently I don't seem to see a way to present this info to everyone, not even agents. I assumed that agents would be able to see queues from the agent desktop and say calls in queue and so on.
<br><br>Since that is not the case I am wondering what others do if anything to present queue stats to everyone?<br><br>Guess maybe there is a way to pull the info out and post to a web page? Anyone done anything like that? Have examples or anything? Any ideas would be helpful.
