OK, so maybe this is an easy question, but it keeps stumping me!<br><br>I have an employee, let's call him John Smith. John resigns. We replace him with Jane Doe.<br><br>What steps should I follow for voicemail and CCM? We don't integrate Exchange, so I don't have to worry about that part.
<br>Right now, I go in and change the name that appears in the Directory, and change the password in Unity, then have the new user setup and wipe out the old users settings. But I know that is not the right solution.<br>
<br>Do I wipe them out of Unity first? CCM first? Can I leave them in CCM, and just change the name there??<br><br>Any help would be great!<br><br>Todd<br>
