<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Attached is the router configuration. </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The customer states that they can only select a few options. Here they are:</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The situation as it stands right now is that the customer in Uruguay can make and complete calls to Miami.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">But Miami cannot complete calls to Uruguay. We get the debug error “Cause i = 0x81AC - Requested circuit/channel not available”.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Here is the rub in the situation, while the Uruguay end is a PBX the Miami end is a CCM. I have no configuration on the Miami end,</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">since it is pointed directly to the CCM from Uruguay. This type of arrangement is currently working for another customer in South America</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">with a different vendor’s pbx. But mostly the same configuration. </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">What is wrong and how do I correct it? I am sure it is my mistake, mostly because I am fairly new at this and have not had a full range of experience.</FONT></SPAN></P>
