We don't have failover, and interestingly enough, We rebooted the server during the day (emergency maint), and the agents were fine, as soon as the server was back up, they automatically were logged back in.

have admin rights and it is a big, fat, error-fest... CAD (IPCC 4.0(4)) still

management to give them admin rights and they said 'no way..' So, I told them
to enjoy the errors.

Does
anyone know if there is an issue with Cisco Agent Desktop not working when it
is on an image. We currently use Ghost, built a new workstation with
CAD. Tested CAD with audio recording and the application records and you
can playback the recording. Image the workstation, push the image back
down to the same machine and the audio recording does not work. Is this a
known issue with CAD and imaging software? I know some applications just
don't work well with imaging.
