Not familiar with anything other then the historical reporting software? What plugin allows you to do custom reporting? The historical reporting software is all canned at least from what I have seen in playing with it briefly. Maybe I missed something?

First, is the SQL database that IPCCX (Premium) going to use reside locally as
a seperate database from CCM ? Or does it integrate with the CCM
database? <br>

Whats the best way to handle user rights and permissions? I should be
able to create a custom user with read only access to the SQL database right?<br>

I will see what I can find and read up on, but if anyone has anything useful
