Looks like i answered part of this. There appears to be a sql server service on the IPCCX server and a few databases:<br><br>db_cra<br>db_cra_repository<br>FCRasSvr<br><br><br>So, I should be able to find something on those databases, I suspect the db_cra is the one but who knows.
