Couple of questions before I start attempting some custom IPCCX express reports.<br><br>First, is the SQL database that IPCCX (Premium) going to use reside locally as a seperate database from CCM ?&nbsp; Or does it integrate with the CCM database?
<br><br>Whats the best way to handle user rights and permissions?&nbsp; I should be able to create a custom user with read only access to the SQL database right?<br><br>I will see what I can find and read up on, but if anyone has anything useful would love to hear it.
