Is this remote gateway over the internet (a VPN connection maybe?) or a dedicated line?<br><br>If a dedicated line, I would call the provider, if the internet, if it is working, be happy, if not, there isn't anything you can do (no QoS on the interweb thingy).
<br><br>So, this all depends on the type of circuit. From the error message, it looks like your phone lost communication with the CallManager, tried to reconnect and disconnected again.<br><br>The ping times are on the cusp of being too long (150ms is max for decent voice quality).
