Express 4.0(4) to change the Resource Skills or Competency other than the CRS
Administration page under the RM/CM Subsystem? I am implementing the a Call
Center for a Help Desk and the supervisor wants to be able to change the skills
of the resources but the Network Support group does not want to give them access
