Management section within the IPCC Web Admin. They will then be able to
access AppSupervisor and the associated functions (ie RT Reporting). I
used to create a shortcut on the desktop (after applying the supervisor
permissions) which the supervisors would access for reports and it relieved
allot of confusion.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

IPCC Express 4.0(4) to change the Resource Skills or Competency other than the
CRS Administration page under the RM/CM Subsystem? I am implementing the a
Call Center for a Help Desk and the supervisor wants to be able to change the
skills of the resources but the Network Support group does not want to give
them access to the Administration Page.</SPAN></FONT></P>
