<p class=MsoNormal>Currently we have a customer that has their callmanager

system integrated in with a 3<sup>rd</sup> party IVR. The only integration the

3<sup>rd</sup> party will support is T1 CAS.&nbsp; The good news is we were

able to take the callcenter piece away and are running that with IPCC.&nbsp;

The problem I&#8217;m having is when you call into the 3<sup>rd</sup> party IVR

and say press 3 to be connected to the callcenter the call drops.&nbsp; The 3<sup>rd</sup>

party vendor is telling me they are doing a hook-flash transfer is there any

way for me to debug this and make sure it is happening?&nbsp; The integration

is CM&lt;-&gt;2811(MGCP)&lt;-&gt;T1 CAS-&gt;Dialogic board&lt;-&gt;3<sup>rd</sup>
