<p>Currently we have a customer that has their callmanager
system integrated in with a 3<sup>rd</sup> party IVR. The only integration the
3<sup>rd</sup> party will support is T1 CAS. The good news is we were
able to take the callcenter piece away and are running that with IPCC.
The problem I'm having is when you call into the 3<sup>rd</sup> party IVR
and say press 3 to be connected to the callcenter the call drops. The 3<sup>rd</sup>
party vendor is telling me they are doing a hook-flash transfer is there any
way for me to debug this and make sure it is happening? The integration
is CM<->2811(MGCP)<->T1 CAS->Dialogic board<->3<sup>rd</sup>
party IVR.</p>
