<DIV><FONT size=2>The phone itself has to be programmed for the idea/concept of
forwarding secondary lines. Right now if you forward a line, there is no
indication WHATSOEVER (kaboom goes Lelio's head) to say that that line is
forwarded. This limits XML applications as well. They try to change the line
text label, but if people have already changed it, it starts screwing things up.
For example, the little dancing phone and arrow should be applied at the line
level, not at the top of the phone. Using the blue scroll bar would cycle
through the forwarding destinations on the screen.</FONT></DIV>
