The message is coming from the Annunciator service on CCM.<br><br>The message actually says, "<font face="Arial" size="2">"Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please consult your directory and call again, or ask your operator for assistance."
<br><br>Go to the TFTPPath and you will see a file called Annunciator.xml, this defines the prompts, the prompts themselves are located in the TFTPPath in: \Program Files\Cisco\TFTPPath\English_United_States<br><br>The file you are looking to replace is:
