Have you updated CRS at all ? I got login errors after updating CRS to 4.0something SR1. I had to reinstall the historical reporting client to get it to work again (uninstall and reinstall). I guess they changed something and it doesnt have an auto update feature like CAD does.

Couple of months ago I got IPCC express premium setup and working<br>here. About a week after deploying I installed the CRS Report client<br>on my PC.<br><br>It was pretty simple the whole process that is. I just had to add a
<br>user (Tools - Historical Reporting - User Configuration), install the<br>client software on my PC and then log in.<br><br>Now at some point over the holidays it stopped working. I launch the<br>client, log in as usual and I get denied basically.
<br><br>I know the username and password is fine. So I am lost.<br><br>I opened a TAC case and well the person helping me is telling me that<br>you can't use the client on a PC that is on a domain. That the client<br>
needs to belong to the same workgroup as the IPCC servers, and that<br>you have to log in as an admin on the PC setup in the workgroup.<br><br>I tried explaining that this was working, IPCC servers are in their<br>own workgroup, but the clients have always been on domain based PC's.
<br>It was working fine, so I know it is capable of working in this<br>scenerio. However now I am not getting any further help because<br>according to this person I have to be setup as I previously mentioned.<br><br>Anyway, I am stuck now trying to figure out what I can do to trouble
