Just to let you know John, came across an issue with it where I was trying to take control of a 7960 on a 4.2 cluster. I keep getting told that the phone needs to be associated with the user id I am using. It is associated. Don't know if you have any quick suggestions on this issue. It sounds like it is a great tool and I would love to get it working for me as I have used a similar tool in the past. Thanks and have a great weekend.

tried to sniff the network traffic and it looks like your application is trying
to contact the phone with its HTTP interface. I wonder why I got that error
message because there was normal HTTP traffic between the ip phone and your
application. The prone (7960) runs SCCP firmware and it's registered to

there is no HTTP interface in SIP and MGCP firmware. But in the documentation for
the Phone Remote I've found that it has also support for SIP firmware as
well as SCCP with CCM. So how does it manage phones with SIP firmware? And what
to fill in into the "username" box I am trying to connect to my SIP
Phone?
