size=3>customer has a CCM cluster with three CCMs - PUB(10.10.125.10),
SUB1(10.10.125.9) and SUB2(10.10.125.8). CCM is 4.1(3)Sr2 on the OS
2000.4.3aSr3. All three CCMs are on the same switch (Cat 6500) on the same Line
Card. Last week we add a new subscriber SUB2 (10.10.125.8) into the cluster.
Entire cluster was rebooted after we add a new SUB. <BR><BR>We cannot corelate
this message with the adding a new SUB into the cluster.<BR><BR>We are getting a
following message for the both SUBs:<BR><BR>Error: SDLLinkOOS - SDL link to
remote application out of service. <BR>Local node ID: 2 <BR>Local Application
ID.: 100 <BR>Remote IP address of remote application: 10.10.125.10
<BR>RemoteNodeID: 1 <BR>Remote application ID.: 100 <BR>Unique Link ID.:
2:100:1:100 <BR>App ID: Cisco CallManager <BR>Cluster ID: MIACALLMGR-Cluster
<BR>Node ID: 10.10.125.9 <BR>Explanation: This alarm indicates that the local
Cisco CallManager has lost communication with the remote Cisco CallManager. This
alarm usually indicates network errors or a nonrunning remote Cisco CallManager.
<BR>Recommended Action: Investigate why the remote Cisco CallManager is not
running or whether a network problem exists.. <BR><BR>Also this message is
followed with the message from the RTMT:<BR>LowCallManagerHeartBeatRate
