Then you get calls asking why a VIP's phone did not go into fallback or something when they needed to make a call when their was an outage. You can configure SRST reference under device pools so the number of phones using SRST on each router stays within that routers limits/license and hopefully avoid calls asking why my phone did not work. <br><br><div style="font-family: times new
