i am really pissed of with cisco's customer support.<br>
They really don't tell what exactly is going on.<br>
I just want to upgrade 2 of my 7825i2 servers running 4.2 ccm to 5.1.<br>
It has been 2 weeks that they are telling me that there will be soon an<br>
upgrade and 5 days ago<br>
they told me that it is ready and to go to PUT to download it!!<br>
I went to PUT web page and i found out that it was an upgrade from<br>
4.1->5.1!!<br>
I told them that i have 4.2 and i am still waiting for their response!!!<br>
