Service". The call is then immediately routed to its

<DIV><FONT face=Tahoma size=2><SPAN class=671544115-30012007>Currently we are
accomplishing this through a TCL script on the voice gateway. Unfortunately, to
run TCL on the voice gateway in this capacity, you must use a peer to peer
protocol such as H323 or SIP. H323 doesnt pass facility IE to IP phones
registered to callmanager, and we are finding limitations with SIP that prevent
us from being able to use it as an alternative.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

Unity CallHandlers(one for every inbound DID) or IPCC ports (expensive for large
