is generally a faster response time from here than from TAC...<br>

as i said, the TAC (605169425) was honest enough to tell me that it is<br>
not their territory and to go to EMEA support.<br>
But,shouldn't the TAC know that it is impossible to go from 4.2 to 5.X? <br>
And for 10 days the EMEA customer services didn't tell me also that is<br>
impossible!!<br>
And after a post to cisco-voip forum, i got 5-6 answers almost immediately!!<br>
I think that next time i will open a TAC to cisco-voip! <br>
