Ryan good morning,<br>as i said, the TAC (605169425) was honest enough to tell me that it is<br>not their territory and to go to EMEA support.<br>But,shouldn't the TAC know that it is impossible to go from 4.2 to 5.X?
<br>And for 10 days the EMEA customer services didn't tell me also that is<br>impossible!!<br>And after a post to cisco-voip forum, i got 5-6 answers almost immediately!!<br>I think that next time i will open a TAC to cisco-voip!
