script - I need to make it so that it will accept a "1" during any
of the messages, and transfer that call to another extension. Im not sure how
to make that happen.</p>

<p>Basically, the recorded message a caller will hear will have
something like "if you are needing <this department> press 1 at any
time" type of thing. </p>

<p>Any suggestions? </p>
