Those have been fixed/corrected with the updated OS 2000.4-4a release. This base OS update doesn't include the DST fix, you still need to run the current 4-4a SR after getting 2000.4-4a on the server.

I've got 2 HP servers updated to 2000.4-4a and current 4-4a SR with no issues so far.
One minor cosmetic issue, is in the History.log it saids 4-4sr3a instead of 4-4asr3a but this is due to the 4-4 SRs being renamed and refreshed. The Start -> Cisco OS Version dialog reports 2000.4-4aSR3a as version, just that history.log has small cosmetic issue if you look closely.

<div style="font-family: times new roman,new york,times,serif;

is the latest and greatest on CCO. I assume this is newer than the
required 4.4sr2 for the DST fix. Why have the last couple of OS version
had the letter 'a' in the name. (i.e 4.4a instead of just 4.4). Was
this done because of a defect found in the original 4.4? Anyone
running this version yet with no issues?
