My 2cts..<br><br>From what i've found with CER, it can notify via email or it can call specific numbers. The problem I have with the callout feature is that as far as I can tell it will only specify the phone number that called 911.. which by itself in a large campus doesnt do our public safety much good. They still have to go out to the webpage to see the location information (which CER does generally do a good job of keeping track).
