try and get a CCM trace or get more details. What if the call isn’t coming from
PSTN but maybe Unity Outcall notification or something else like a H323 device,
who knows…you need to find the call setup request in the CCM trace files and
find what ip addr initiated to 7900 phone to play ring..no easy task.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

caller id unknown. I have searched the CDR’s and I see the call and
