amazing amount of suggestions, all of which were helpful in many different ways
for different scenarios, but this one definitely proved to
be very helpful. It was counter-intuitive to me that "911" should be
entered as an "extension", but that's how it works. See below from a truly

to search for specific calls is to use the CAR CDR>Search
by>User/Extension report. In this case, you enter 911 in the Extension
field, click Add Extension, set the from and to date/time, and click OK.

list of CDR records. Click the “View” link on the right to bring up a window
with the date and time of the call, duration, and other pertinent
information.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Use the CAR User
Reports>TopN report to find the top N numbers by calls, or by duration of
calls. For outgoing calls, uncheck the Internal and Incoming categories (and
possibly On Net), select how many top numbers you want to see in “No of
Records”, select the date range, and run the
report.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Arial color=navy size=2><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">You can do lots of
interesting things with the SQL Query Analyzer, but I don’t recommend using it
unless you know SQL fairly well. You can quite easily destroy part of your
CallManager database with the wrong command. Instructions on how to use the SQL
Query Analyzer are beyond the scope of maintenance
services.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P></SPAN></DIV>

email or it can call specific numbers. The problem I have with the callout
feature is that as far as I can tell it will only specify the phone number that
called 911.. which by itself in a large campus doesnt do our public safety much
good. They still have to go out to the webpage to see the location information
(which CER does generally do a good job of keeping track). <BR><BR>Have the info
available on a phone screen is a REALLY good idea.<BR><BR>
