had to troubleshoot quality issues and so my skills aren't where they use to
be.<BR><BR>We have had about 12 inches of snow the last two days. Employees
came in today. Callers (PSTN side) began complaining that some not all calls
were very bad on their end (PSTN side). IP Phone users have perfect call
quality on their ends. This system has been in production for about 5 years
with no echo issues and the voice gateway was replaced this past summer and
we have had no issues. <BR><BR><BR><BR>IP Phone<---------->Voice
Gateway<-------------->PSTN<--------------->Analog/PBX/Etc.<BR><BR><BR>Any
thoughts on where to start looking for the issue? Perhaps just an issue with
