processor time. HP has always been way ahead of the curve compared
to IBM with offloading most processor requirements onto the RAID card.
Another reason I prefer compaq servers over big blue.</font>

After working with the HP MCS servers and IBM MCS servers we have found
a HUGE difference in rebuild time for mirrored drives. The
HP's usually rebuild in about 20-30 mins. The IBM's take about 5
hrs. Is there anything that can be done to speed up the IBM process?
Are there any known issues?</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">
