
I have a customer with a CM 4.13 sr3a centralized cluster.&nbsp; they have approx 35 users using AC in about 30 sites.&nbsp; I&#39;ve been getting complaints from multiple users that the line states get out of sync for users in their department from time to time.&nbsp; This is most noticeable when an entry will get stuck on the ringing icon.&nbsp; I am not prioritizing the line state updates over the WAN but I don&#39;t think this is the issue because the links are fairly lightly used.&nbsp; I do not have access to the individual PCs but I do know they match the server version.&nbsp; The other possible cause could be the TCD server is getting overloaded.&nbsp; I currently have all the clients pointing to the Publisher as primary TCD server.&nbsp; The pub is a 7935 and the CPU/RAM usage does not look to be a problem.&nbsp; 

<br><br>I guess I&#39;m wondering if others have had this problem and know what the root cause was.&nbsp; Also I&#39;m wondering if anyone can point me to scaling information for AC.&nbsp; I don&#39;t see anything in the SRND.&nbsp; <br clear="all">
