I may be in the same boat as you. I have a CCM 4.13sr3a cluster with Unity 4.05. I was getting failovers for no apparent reason every few months and upgraded to the latest TSP hoping that would solve the problem but just had another failover last week.

You seem to have trouble-shot this further than I have if you've isolated the cause to call disconnects from CCM. Do you see the infinite loops coinciding with the failover events? I have not seen that.
I am running CCM 4.1(3)sr4a with Unity 4.0(5)es79 with redundant
servers and TSP 8.1(3)es1. I have been through multiple iterations of
the TSP and Unity is still missing some call disconnects from CCM
which is causing inifinite loops and failover.

Has anyone else had these problems and is there a workaround or
resolution?

Thanks,
-C
_______________________________________________
cisco-voip mailing list
