users admin rights to the Cisco directory as long as my sys admin agrees.
Otherwise, we can push it out via SMS to install as admin. We did that
with the previous version. Just trying to figure an easier way since it
is already installed and would only have to pull the new version from the CRS

publishing CAD as an MSI that you could give rights to install... Also, you may
want to adjust group policy to give the users admin rights to the C:\program
