<P>intermittently my pstn calls are disconnected.</P>
<P>there is no error under E1 controller. it happens randomly but i dun know why. </P>
<P>do you think it is because of there is no qos in the switch: i created voice vlan and data vlan but did not configure any mls command.</P>
<P>also what is the message <STRONG><EM><U> DisconnectCause=1F </U></EM></STRONG> when i run the command <EM><U>sh call history voice id </U></EM></P>
