correctly......do they register to the system? I ask this so that I can
look at the phones that I reset and make a judgment about whether the phones are
working and whether I should continue resetting the next group of phones.
Other than examining individual phones or waiting for people to complain on
Monday, how else can I double-check as I go?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

upgrade. We have about 400 phones. We ended up with 3 phones not
getting the firmware upgrade correctly, and about 10 phones not getting the
upgrade at all. The 3 phones that didn't get it correctly just cycle
throught eh upgrade process over and over, basically they are hosed. We
tried to do a hard reset on them to get them back to factory firmware, but it
didn't work.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>Be prepared for TFTP timeouts. Try to reset them a few at a
time, via devicepools perhaps. You run the risk of some phones getting their
upgrades and others not. Now, we have over 7000 phones, so that could
have had something to do with it, but even at 1200, I'm sure the TFTP server
will be taxed a bit.</FONT></DIV>

force them to upgrade. We ended up with a few phones upgraded but without ring

think it depends on the drivers your app uses and whether they
support<BR>the camera or not. While it may be Logitech hardware the
Logitech<BR>drivers won't recognize the VTA camera as
