If you go to System - Licenses - Upload Licenses, you will see a temp
license sitting there, click view.

<br>
Go to <a href="http://www.cisco.com/go/license" target="_blank" onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)">www.cisco.com/go/license</a>
and enter that license and the MAC for your CCM server (5.X) and Cisco
will email you a permanent license.<br>

It takes about 2 minutes and you get a license with a free 5%
oversubscription rate...

<div><tt>Hi,<br>
i am very new at 5.1 and i have found some difficulties adding a new
phone:<br>
I have installed a new 5.1 installation and imported a tar file from an
old 4.1 installation.<br>
The system booted and all the settings (phones, users etc) seem to be
imported OK)<br>
Then o tried to add a new 7960 phone but after i have given the MAC
address all the rest necessary fields i clicked<br>
add and i got:<br>
<br>
</tt>
<fieldset><legend>Status</legend>
<table summary="Page Status Information">
<tbody>
<tr>
<td style="vertical-align: middle;"><img alt="Error Message" src="cid:part1.03010003.09010104@dataways.gr"></td>
<td style="vertical-align: middle;">Update failed. [4917]
License file not loaded</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
</fieldset>
<br>
I know it has something to do with the Phone Secutiry Profiles but that
is as far as i get.<br>
<br>
Any ideas?<br>
<br>
Thanks A lot<br>
