OK.<br><br>Go to Appadmin<br><br>Historical Reporting users<br><br>Add a user (or search for him) and make sure you select the ICD option.<br><br>Go to tools - Plugins<br><br>Download and install Historical Reporting (NOT ON THE IPCC SERVER!) to a PC, install.
